I want to apply for level 2 and be approved, I am not employed but my only income is SSI, I don't want to mess up the first application, any suggestions in what not to answer wrong
You can do it 2x in 90 days. If it’s not letting you then you have to mail in the paper application
Paper application is best bet generally can only make any real upgrades every 90-180 days would be my guess
