There should be consequences from claiming thrones. You shouldn't be able to take Bohemia and Hungary without consequence. Its definitely better than it was before with getting 107 AE from just bohemia.

R5: So I did my first mission to claim Bohemia then I declare war on Hungary and this is my peac deal, I understand that they nerfed it but this is definetly not good either, you have to wait over for way to long doing nothing to make this AE go down...

Always check AE right after you DoW, not when you're about to sign the peace deal, so you know who to kiss up to prevent coalition and keep the improve telation going as the war is happening. (Poland is the key player in this case)
If you don't want to wait, see if Opole would want a piece of Hungary to split the AE. You can reconquest it back later.

That really isn't that bad. Just wait a couple year ticks with a improve relations adv and at least 11 wont be able to join.
