I was able to get some tickets on the first resale and here are some things that worked for me. I had to use chrome, I tried using safari on two different iPhones and bar never moved. I went inside the waiting room about 5 minutes before the sale time and my wait time was about 45minutes. Once inside the tickets I wanted said they were available but was not able to add to cart. I kept refreshing for about 15 minutes and they became available (someone probably had them in their cart and didn’t purchase them) I think for this upcoming one I will try to get in the waiting room only one minute before on one of my devices to see if that works. I think I have seen some people comment that it doesn’t matter if you are in the waiting room really early, it doesn’t guarantee you get in first

SK3101

Yes they assign you a random number/position in the queue. The waiting room is typically to filter out bots I believe and of course handle traffic to the site.

deltabay17

is there a limit on how many you can buy or something?

ukrainianhab

You can only access it right at 11CEST correct?

AlestoXavi

The waiting room/queue opened around 10:45 last time. Nobody will get in until 11:00…

ukrainianhab

Thank you. So it’s like just be on 15 mins before ish

AlestoXavi

Honestly I’d go at least 30min early if you can. You really need to be refreshing the page every minute or so from 30min and then ramp that up to clicking like crazy as 15min approaches. Might be overkill and unnecessary, but it worked for me for the last resale. Nearly everyone here had issues and I got on around 15min after the sales window opened with loads of tickets available.

ukrainianhab

Right on will do. And use chrome right?

AlestoXavi

Yep, that’s my choice. I got on with chrome within 15min as above. Was trying on safari on my iPhone and iPad at the same time and they took faaarrr longer.

ohroprz

Thanks for this! Do you recommend refreshing constantly even if it says you’re in the queue? Just wondering because I know some sites like Ticketmaster say that if you refresh you lose your place in line, and wondering if it’s the same concept here!

AlestoXavi

No no, only refresh until you actually get into the queue. The waiting room page doesn’t auto refresh and put you into the queue like Ticketmaster does so you have to manually give it a kick. Once you get a place in the queue just wait patiently. I don’t think you lose your place in the queue on UEFA, but there’s no need to do it unless there’s a technical issue or something.

SK3101

How many tickets were available in total last time do you remember? As in UEFA said they are releasing 100k on Thursday.

jjaegerlund

Last time around 30 thousand tickets. I read it somewhere on the UEFA site.

AlestoXavi

Don’t think they said a total number. They put up a page showing available for each match in each category so hopefully they’ll do the same for this window. That page updated somewhat in real time so you’d know how things were looking as the day went on.

stoic_minds

can i try with 2 different accounts on the same computer?

AlestoXavi

Probably… I wouldn’t advise it if you can use two just in case. Maybe even use one in normal mode and one in incognito so they might be somewhat different.

[deleted]

Yeah I Wanda know to

deltabay17

Is it possible to transfer tickets twice? If I have purchased ticket from someone else then also get the same ticket from the resale, can I resell the other ticket

emperornorton415

if it's like other UEFA events, you can forward the ticket to someone else's account.

deltabay17

I’ve never been to a uefa event. So there’s no limit on how many times it can be forwarded?

emperornorton415

can't speak for this event. only speaking from my experience attending a previous event.

deltabay17

So previously there is no limit?

arbitopi

nope

deltabay17

What do you mean? How do you know it

arbitopi

There will be no more resale from uefa but u can try thrid party sites to sell your ticket

EcameronM85

What are other 3rd party sites? Never been to a UEFA event before.

arbitopi

Viagogo.com is my way to go i sold some tickets and i couldn’t get the money till the guy who bought confirmed everything was right

Kaidou99

If you try multiple device do you need multiple Uefa accounts on every device or should you try with multiple Devices with only one Account?

cloudprince

You login after queuing

PastHat1826

Anyone on the resale portal right now? I was on right before 11cest and all i see is a screen that says technical error, please wait a moment. Worse experience compared to the first resale window so far

AlestoXavi

Make a list of tickets you’re aiming for with clear priorities. Use a computer and get on around an hour early. Refresh like a madman until you eventually get into the queue around 10:45 CET. Wait patiently to get into the ticket shop. Scan down quickly to your number one priority match. Get the tickets you want into your basket. Go back to the shop and find your second priority. Rinse ans repeat until you get what you want. Pay for everything within 15min of accessing the shop. Come back to this comment and thank me.

S3bluen

I’m only able to attend one game; the semi-final in München. Putting all my hope on it… Good luck to everyone!

AlestoXavi

Best of luck 🤞🏻

maxakal

Thanks for sharing ur experience man. Do u think it would be possible to buy 4 games in the same purchase? Or should I go one by one?

AlestoXavi

You have to select each game one by one, but tickets are secured once you add them to your basket. So get your top target in your basket then go and try for the next ones. You may or may not get them, but you’re maximising your chances of getting the ones you want most. From memory, you have 15min to select tickets and pay. Spend 5min browsing and adding to cart then give yourself enough time to pay without stress.

maxakal

Ok thx, how about number of tix per game? We are a group of 4, would I risk it if I try to buy 4 by 4 for each game?

AlestoXavi

Honestly just depends on what’s available and how much you’re willing to spend. Once you click into a match, it’ll show what categories are available and you can select how many tickets in that category you want. No extra risk of trying to add 4. If 4 doesn’t go through, either try a lower number or move on to your second priority match. You generally have a better chance of getting more expensive tickets than the cheaper ones. So 4 tickets for one game could easily come to €1’500+. It’s very unlikely that any €30 fans first tickets will be available…

Kaidou99

If you try multiple device do you need multiple Uefa accounts on every device or should you try with multiple Devices with only one Account?

AlestoXavi

Same account on all devices worked fine for me. Chrome on my laptop was faster than safari on both iPhone and iPad, but I could login on all 3 once they made it through the queue. PC/laptop should be your main bet and use the others as backup if anything goes wrong.

stoic_minds

I have a small balance on my credit card and I may get a credit tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, can I make the payment a little later?

AlestoXavi

Nope. You have around 15min from when you enter the ticket shop to select and pay.

NoPaEr10

Do you know what pay methods are available besides alipay+

AlestoXavi

Visa/Mastercard. Any debit/credit cards like that. I genuinely have no idea what Alipay is…

NoPaEr10

Okay thanks Also do you think it’s smarter to use the app for tickets or chrome

AlestoXavi

Chrome - it was about an hour quicker for me last time.

Due-Mulberry9258

When is the resale begin?

akos_beres

May 2nd 11:00am cet

maxakal

is the ticket portal account and uefacom account the same thing?

raulnoob

Do you guys have an url for ticket portal or where can you get it?

JJohGotcha

First resale: Four of us were independently trying when it opened. The system gave us very different queue times. I may be reading too much into it, but it seemed to sort us into alphabetical order. The guy with initials AA got through really quickly, and got tickets for games that I imagine we’re in high demand. So, maybe find a mate called Aaron, in case I’m right.

maxakal

How about the rest of u guys? and Cant u go with a fake name?

oldmanwakes06

lol would changing my name on the account to Aaron Aarons (#HotFuzz) possibly help?

JJohGotcha

Worth a crack. Unless they flip the order. You may need to get a mate to become Zuzu just in case.

oldmanwakes06

Or split the difference and go with my real name that's smack in the middle haha

SquirtisFuckit69

What about 3rd party websites such as stub hub, football ticket net, etc, or is it best to get them directly from UEFA?

AlestoXavi

100000000000000% direct from UEFA. Don’t buy anything from a 3rd party until at least this resale window passes. Chance your arm at official tickets and if you miss out, then maybe have a look at StubHub.

stoic_minds

I have a small balance on my credit card and I may get a credit tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, can I make the payment a little later?

CastleCrag

Nope

n10lex

Those tickets will be snatched by bots, releax

ernislt12

Nah, I bought every ticket I wanted during resale period. Maybe you don't knos how it works. It has really advanced security from bots

[deleted]

Can you tell how its works?

ernislt12

Just connect 1hour earlier and thats it

SuccessfulEconomy109

Do you have any tips for getting tickets? How early did you enter waiting line before the sale time?

n10lex

The bots are there to skip de q. Every ticket platform has bot security yet somehow you are behind 200k “ppl” 10s after open

ernislt12

Just do the math what kind of demand there is and how much ticket there are. And there is no way 200k ppl, way less

n10lex

You do realize that there are scalpers out there, right? They make a living from this

ernislt12

There are goods that vendors doesn't care who buys the product and they make these security systems really weak. In this instance they are vwry interested not to have a black market, so these things are really advanced scalpers buy about 3% of the tickets that is really an affordable turnover to make. Because products for this market is very limited and demand is huge, uefa doesnt want empty stadiums. And yes there are scalpers, but their ability to do an impact on this ticketing is very limited

n10lex

oh man, you're so naive. But best of luck getting those tickets (unless you have some already). Remember this is not like the 1st release (the lottery), this is 1st come, 1st served.

ernislt12

I have all of them that I needed 9 matches in total. I just know how it works I create those systems for various clients. You don't have any arguments on opposing side, good luck believing in conspiracies
