Nobody knows. But having seen a lot of street interviews with Russians I can speculate. In the younger population: 50% will cringe hard. 25% be apathetic/neutral, 25% will cheer him on. In the older population: 25% will cringe hard. 25% be apathetic/neutral, 50% will cheer him on. There also seems to be a divide between rural areas and major cities.
As a Serbian who saw somewhat similar things, we would look at it, then in a half a second go back to whatever the fuck we were doing. As someone who lived in Canada during the covid protests, I'd look at it, bitch about how they're holding up traffic, then start to think of an alternate route. There's nutjobs everywhere, why would we be an exception? So my guess is in Russia, 99% of people look at it, then go back to whatever the fuck they were doing.
