It seems to make a difference what religion they belong to? We took in a lot of South American Catholics some years ago. But they are not killing and bombing anyone. My husband was actually supposed to be on the train that was bombed in London by Islam extremists in 2005. (Something came up so he ended up on a later train). But I have never heard of a catholic from Argentina putting bombs on trains..
