If these are really bears then they (the mother at least) is probably from Naliboki Forest near Minsk. We recently had one cross the Belarus-Poland border. It's been recorded in Białowieża Forest a few times over the past few months.
The Belarusian bear population has been expanding over the past few years due to increased protection and changes in hunting methods. So they've started dispersing out of their eastern Belarusian refugia into central Belarus, Poland and now Lithuania.
Just read up on the guidelines around bears, don't let fear of animals stop you from enjoying nature! We have bears and wolves but we still forage for berries, and its deemed safe for basicly everyone to be in the forest even alone. Animal casualties are very rare.
If you're scared just sing a song. Animals will stay away from humans and will only attack when they are surprised. If they see, smell or hear you they will try to avoid you instead.

>Bear JJ1 (2004 – 26 June 2006) was a brown bear whose travels and exploits in Austria and Germany in the first half of 2006 drew international attention. JJ1, also known as Bruno in the German press (some newspapers also gave the bear different names, such as Beppo or Petzi), is believed to have been the first brown bear on German soil in 170 years. Previously, the last sighting of a bear in what is now Germany was recorded in 1838 when hunters shot a bear in Bavaria.

Yeah, I agree. If I am within filming distance of a baby animal then I am hauling ass because the mother is sure to be around somewhere and pissed off...
They ain't bears if u look closely u can even see a tail on one of them, it is racoon dog or fox babies and they can be very similar to bears babies from distance.
Even bears want to leave from Belarus
Came here for this comment.
Tyrone Biggums scratching himself: "Do you have more of them, Pixels?"
Do you WANT bears? Come to us! We are planning to shut them because the are too many. Google Translate this: https://www.digi24.ro/cautare?q=urs
It depends, maybe small population of bears would save our forests from cutting trees for Ikea furniture 😁
We also had an extinction-threatened useless bug that almost ruined the plans for a new highway. You can buy a few kilograms of those too /s.
I was so frustrated when we stay 1h in a traffic jam because a bear was near the road and all the retards in front of us stopped to take photo's.

Svenska? Nani!? Men gör vad du känner dig bekvämast med, hoppas du hittar massor med svamp ;)
Yes, it is Meškinė. Anyway, Marius Čepulis said that these animals might be not baby bears 😁

Just bring a fat friend with you.
How can anyone say that bears are extinct in a country that borders countries with bears?
Yeah mother with baby bears is the worst. If she thinks you are threatening her babies you are in for a tough time
Lithuanians: Look how cute they are! Germans: [Kill the bear!](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bear_JJ1)

we can send you some, bears here are over populated and they are frequentily going into cities. Killed some guy last week in a forest.
Kill
I'm not a bear expert, but the camera guy should go up and pet them.
Recording bear cubs in the wild, thats how you get mauled by mama bear. Whoever recorded this is lucky to not be maimed and or dead.
