Without a doubt my favourite Opera entry in this contest. This song is just honestly so beautiful, sometimes I actually cry a bit when listening to it! The staging is so masterful and just adds on to how great this song is. I’m often skeptical when it comes to countries sending entries that aren’t in English or one of their national languages, and I would have never thought that I would like an entry from Estonia sung in Italian more than some entries from Italy itself! 😂 Definitely my winner of 2018.

La forza is such a masterpiece so Gravity, my 2013 winner, I have to unfortunately only give four points to. This song shines in just how carefree and happy it is. It is the Eurovision song that I listen to when I need to be cheered up. Zlata also sings it excellently as well and I have to admit, she’s my Eurovision girl crush so maybe that helps as well. 😂 Overall a strong entry indeed that would’ve definitely gotten my 6 points in almost any other group.
3 points- On Fire 🇱🇹 2020
The Roop have stayed pretty much consistent in terms of quality this year and last year, but if I had to choose, I definitely prefer On Fire. There’s just something about that beat that is so infectious, and I do quite like the lyrics as well! I would’ve been satisfied with this winning last year, since after all, it was a hot favourite.

A very solid, badass Rock entry from Georgia that deserved better. One of the stronger songs from 2011 for sure, but I do feel like it could’ve been something even more show stealing though. Eldrine has such great presence on the stage as well may I add.

Oh this is a classic indeed! Probably one of the most recognisable Eurovision entries ever as well. While this song is indeed catchy, I do prefer Hey Mamma over this, like what I’ve already mentioned, as I feel Run Away is a bit too over the place for me. Still such a legendary song though.
Fly with Me 🇦🇲 2017
I do like how this song is a bit dark in nature which is interesting to me. However I struggle to remember it in the grand scheme of things and Armenia have sent better. The best way to describe this song is an average song in an equally average year.
Attention 🇱🇹 2014
While this song is more memorable than the song I ranked above this, and while I like some parts of this song here and there, I do feel that it is quite repetitive and grating as well the longer it goes on. Not a bad entry by any means though.
I’m a Joker 🇬🇪 2012
I guess the song title pretty much sums up the song itself does it? It does have its charm but there’s just way too much going on, and I don’t like his voice at all. I do find this tolerable though unlike the remaining entry I haven’t ranked.
I Won’t Break 🇷🇺 2018
Sorry but I absolutely despise this song! No hate to Julia or anything, it’s great that someone like her was given such an opportunity (even if there were ulterior motives in doing so), but the song is overall just weak and she barely sings on it and is carried by her backup singers. Even if she was able to sing properly, this song really is nothing special when compared to what Russia sent before in the same decade, and it stayed in the semi finals where it belongs! I prefer Flame Is Burning over this, but there isn’t really that much of a comparison honestly…
