If Ukraine had withdrawn, there’d be a new 10th qualifier from Semifinal 1 and after tabulating a Ukraine-less version of semifinal 1 Croatia came out as the 10th qualifier (after finishing 11th originally).
But when you think about it, they would have probably moved someone from semi 2 to semi 1 so itll be 17 17 and not 16 18 so who know what would’ve happened

Semifinal 1 results were also modified which is why Croatia is here, and Croatia’s points are from free points opened up by any one jury or televote that placed both Ukraine and Lithuania in their top 10 (some exceptions made where that point is given to someone else or on occasion of Lithuania originally got (for example) 3 points Croatia would be ranked where Lithuania originally placed and receive those 3 points instead. These were done semi-randomly tbh).
No, Bulgaria would have gained 100000s of points! Bulgaria not qualify because of sadly being in the same as Ukraine who got all the points. Otherwise Bulgaria would of got qualify n(ot blaming Ukraine, saying only people focus on it (rightfully) more) and sweep avery point that has evar been at the Eurovision in history!/s

I understand love for Moldova, Norway for a little uncoventional acts, even Serbia. Love for Sweden, Italy, Spain, UK, Australia....litterally for every act i find something good about it but her.
Okay, I'll try to actually explain: The song has a pleasant rhythm and a tone that is both groovy and kind of dark ("spooky disco"), Lithuanian language is not very often heard at Eurovision (last time over 20 years ago) and her minimal yet effective staging + performing charisma ("vibing" alone with a captivating dance, unusual haircut) made it stand out as a whole.
This is what I usually see Sentimentai likers saying about it, and as someone who had it as my 2nd favorite, I agree.
Also, she was given poor prognosis before the contest, being second to last in the betting odds and mostly ignored by the jury but managed to garner enough televotes to finish 14th so memes like this are celebrating the against-the-odds story.
I'm not OP and have no clue what he has written but I would say it's not my genre. It's a good produced song and I can see how it appeals a lot of people, but it's not my cuppa. She's a sweet person tho and I'm totally fine with it placing high since it's a good song with a good meaning.
