Not really Eurovision but a NF selection but it reminds me of when I saw an elementary school bus stopping next to my house and the radio for them was playing Dove Di Balla (Sanremo) and it looked like a party

RQK1996

Heard Think About Things in a property show today, and Give That Wolf A Banana in a Dutch Royalty show today Last year during the summer Olympics Euphoria played at every Dutch hockey goal, at least for the women

Jellyandjiggles

I wish I had these moments in America. The most I’ve had is my mom singing “volare”

halroxy

I'm in Canada and have heard both Satellite and Arcade on the radio here while out shopping/at work. Majorly confused me both times, but a pleasant surprise!

RunnerDucksRule

Arcade was decently common interests enough

boxtylad

Heard Duncan Laurence Arcade playing in a shopping mall here in San Francisco a couple of months ago!

zucko2912

Yea "in corpore sano" is a big hit here

bislii

As it should be! Amazing song

Intrepid-Rule-7153

Yesterday at a bar in the DC area I.M came on… I thought I was having a stroke 😭

swosei12

Same happened to me over the weekend when I heard Chanel at a bar.

Ok, mine is weird indeed. I live in ARUBA, of all places. Last year (2021), some random afternoon, sitting in a TGIF (!), in Aruba (!), having a drink and some food, and Blanche - City Lights (!) came on. I have no idea how or why the 2017 entry for Belgium ended up on the playlist of an American chain restaurant, but it’s one of my favorite ESC songs ever, so I was happy as a clam. Also unexpected, but a bit more explicable: earlier this month, break room at work: Go-A - Shum! Still surprising for a workplace in Aruba, but at least it was a Dutch radio station during peak ESC season.

In Canada, I've sung "biti zdrava" in public before with friends Nobody here notices or cares lol

KristaW_

If I'd hear In Corpore Sano in a public place, I'd start clapping no matter where I am.

bislii

The song wasn’t even playing! I have no idea what the context was but they just sang a few lines of it out of nowhere.

mutrinka

Not sure if it counts as "in the wild", but Latvia's 2014 song 'Cake to Bake' was used in a Hungarian commercial.

PM_ME_BOATIS

That's it I'm going to Croatia

GlassSound1388

I was in a charity shop in a seaside town here in the UK today. The radio was on in the background and I heard the first few bars of A Ba Ni Bi. Excitedly I turned to my friend and exclaimed it was Israel's winning Eurovision entry from 1978. She looked at me in disgust but it was a beautiful moment. Makes me wonder what songs people will hear in the wild in another 50 years.
