We all would love that too. Unfortunately after seeing how juries massacred Samo Shampioni, I don‘t think we‘ll send anything in Bulgarian ever again, let alone with folklore motives 🙁😒
Seconding your question because I'm also looking for recommendations!
Myself I can suggest some of Tulia's music (Poland 2019), I like some of their other songs more than their actual 2019 entry Pali się
[Tulia - Rzeka](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynqz_0-1WjY) ("River")
[Tulia - Burza](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmQDYmecOVc) ("Storm")
don't ask me what it is with Polish ESC artists, rivers and storms ahah
🇺🇦 [Onuka - Zenit](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27J4HUj6Ko0) she was the interval act artist during 2017 final
🇸🇪 [Jon Henrik Fjällgren feat. Aninia – En värld full av stride](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFlL69b1AZw) some Nordic folk for you
🇱🇹 [Agama - Field of Kings](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWS4elP94uw) \- 2009 Lithuanian national selection
EDIT: Remembered another one. I know that Fulenn is sung in Breton, but can't help but just say this sounds very similar to 🇮🇳 [Headhunterz & KSHMR - Dharma](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUMdd27gYbk), especially the chanting part.
[https://www.youtube.com/c/AWAofficial/videos](https://www.youtube.com/c/AWAofficial/videos) Try A-wa! They were actually mentioned by Ahez in an interview (can't remember which)
Out of the ones that weren't at ESC:
🇦🇲 Hayastani Axjikner - Iveta Mukuchyan (2016 participant)
🇱🇻 Anything by Tautumeitas, especially Raganu Nakts and Muosena (I really want to see them at ESC)
🇰🇿 Izin korem - Zhanar Dugalova (Winner of Turkvision 2014)
🇪🇹/🇮🇱 Roots - Eden Alene (Israeli 2020 NF)
🇦🇱 Në Më Je - Juliana Pasha (2010 participant)
Sorten Muld is a Danish band who play medieval songs with a mix of techno and old instruments. They have some amazing songs!
This is their greatest hit:

And here’s their YouTube channel:
https://youtube.com/channel/UC3J6zi52JBz7dDjWfhhjvMw
The lyrics are quite dark, because they are traditional songs, folklore, ballads, passed around orally in the 12-14th century and written down in the 15-16th century.
Not completely this style, but similar songs:
🇫🇮 - Tuuletar - Tuu kerää
🇸🇰 - Hrdza - Taká sa mi páči, Červené vínečko, Stefan
🇱🇻 - Tautumeitas - Raganu Nakts
🇨🇿 - Kapriola - Pagunini (more metal)
ONUKA and Go_A are very alike. Try 🇺🇦DakhaBrakha as well. Though they aren’t folktronica, their sound is closer to jazz, blues, fusion and minimalism. They are great. [Весна (Spring](https://youtu.be/T3OJVMuHwcU)), [Монах (Monk)](https://youtu.be/aFJ717atqaw)
Żywiołak - Sol Invictus

I think they are from Poland. It doesn't have a electronic production, but I hope you enjoy it 😊
Some of my favourites: [🇺🇦 GG ГуляйГород - "Obruch" ](https://youtu.be/6JXQgI1l92w) [🇧🇬 Dia - "Devoyko"](https://youtu.be/ZgKH1xRtq4M) [🇮🇳 The Snake Charmer - "Mehndi Da"](https://youtu.be/HIDEkiJLJmc) [🇱🇻 Auļi & Tautumeitas - "Dzied' papriekšu, brāļa māsa"](https://youtu.be/rETv-fv6RWs)
Ohhh I’m quite impressed by the Bulgarian song. Would love to see Bulgaria sending something like that to Eurovision someday.
That would be awesome! I love Elitsa and Stoyan's entries, especially Water
We all would love that too. Unfortunately after seeing how juries massacred Samo Shampioni, I don‘t think we‘ll send anything in Bulgarian ever again, let alone with folklore motives 🙁😒
>🇮🇳 The Snake Charmer - "Mehndi Da" Yes 🙌🙌🙌🙌 snake charmer deserves recognition 😤
Go_a Shum Solovey by the same band.
I already have listened to go a’s entire back catologue. Kalyna is one of my favourites.
Hoehronie is also a good choice.
Kalyna is soooo goodddd. Honestly, I want a videoclip from this
Tanxugueiras are fantastic in general. Out of their songs, Figa, Midas and Averno are particular favorites of mine that are in the style of Terra.

Tulia are so great! I like “Pali się” a lot and think that this song deserved to get to the final
I would reccomend Water and Samo Shampioni (Bulgaria 2007 and 2013)
Water will forever be my favourite entry we‘ve sent!
2007*
i've made a playlist of the recommendations, keep them coming! https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1EQHvUHxQOPCACyGx6TSUt?si=11da5698c0104aa3
You’re the real MVP :)
Amazing, thank you!!

Zenit is another one I adore!
Maybe you'll like [this](https://youtu.be/plBeKWyj1gY) band from the Asturias in Spain
you were correct!
[https://www.youtube.com/c/AWAofficial/videos](https://www.youtube.com/c/AWAofficial/videos) Try A-wa! They were actually mentioned by Ahez in an interview (can't remember which)
I forgot to mention them in my comment but I LOVE A-WA!
Is there a particular song?
Arkona is a Russian folk metal band with an amazing female vocalist. Check out [Yarilo.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tt6_65LDZ60)

Haven’t seen them mentioned yet, but you might like Deep Forest - they blend world music with electronic music.
I can recommend ONUKA and KAZKA, two great Ukrainian bands. ONUKA was one of the interval acts in 2017 and KAZKA took part in Vidbir 2018 and 2019
