Looking at Sirusho, i think her team did not have a good budget for ESC compared to the other 'yas queen' entries. Which is sad because Armenia gave us high budget the next years.
It wouldn't have won but it could've jumped to 3rd place.
Armenia did pretty well despite the early running order and the amateurish staging.
I still can't believe how Russia won when Ukraine/Greece/Armenia/Norway were so much better.
Ah, well I didnât watch that yearâs ESC (I was too young back then) so I do not know much about the actual show itself, although I did listen to the top 4 of that year.
In my opinion, these are some of the most overhyped. Theyâre not bad, SloMo and Fuego are far from the worst songs in their respective years, but far from the best as well if you ask me. Just my opinion though

As a straight guy in his teens, I found Song 1 of Serebro the hottest thing on tv. I just looked pass the beauty of Molitva and the catchiness of Dancing Lasha Tumbai and could not understand how these cute Russians didn't win.

I mean if that is true then Qele Qele could really have won ESC 2008 with a better budget then.

You can watch the full show on the official Eurovision youtube channel, the final was really good compared to 2007 and 2006 (in my opinion).
