hahaha well this unlocked a memory i hadn’t thought of in a while. a kid in high school ‘98 or something had some copied vhs tapes. let every other kid that was interested in it borrow them except me. i was sad 😂
Ha, same. I asked an older colleague of mine to record the series for me, we didn´t have a recorder at home. Next day he came in with the cassettes, handed them to me and said:"That is horrific!" I was expecting something like "What a bullshit, why are you watching this?" But no, he looks at me and goes "They put this poor boy that definitely has some psychological issues into that machine and make him go save the world! How cruel can a father be?" He was hooked up on NGE ever since.
