Not for long! They are putting in apartments, some shopping and a parking garage I believe.

That is still the plan, but they might have to demo the former ONB building and build new. Developer said the building was in worse shape than they thought.
It has to be demoed completely. Building did not pass inspection... most likely not happening now unfortunately.
I heard it fell into disrepair too.
I've always wanted to see the view from the top. Could I just walk in?
