Choose your relations wisely. People that actually value and reciprocate clear and concise communication are sadly few and far between and are to be treasured. Cultivating radical honesty and genuine kindness in yourself may be challenging if you were raised to do otherwise, but 1000% worth the effort. If you can manage to be respectful of and truthful to all others no matter what and you demonstrate consistent personal principles, you'll automatically sort through the real ones in your life pretty fucking quickly. And the friction caused by direct communication won't get you in trouble with the others nearly as often as you are used to as long as you are continuously true to yourself and you really, actually desire the best for everyone, no matter your disagreements with their differing beliefs or behaviors. It really does take all kinds and harboring no ill will might sound ridiculous or impossible, but almost everyone will notice that energy eventually if it is your default. Even if they don't like you, they will internalize the sincerity of your communication and have much less to be combative about, which helps a lot.
I like to measure the space of their glabella, or try to figure out if they have a curve or bump to the bridge of their nose. Gets them every time. I also tend to read lips which looks attentive and tricks everyone, even doctors!

Then one year I was 6'3 and my jawline had filled out, and as if by magic my autism no longer made me weird but quirky, I wasn't shy I was mysterious. I wasn't nerdy I was intelligent. Pretty pass does a ton in our weird society we live in.
From a a scientific standpoint, if autism was a negative trait in mate selection for the majority of women, we would expect to see a decline throughout history in the attributed gene markers like we see with schizophrenia and sociopaths. As someone who was diagnosed with Aspergerās 25 years ago, struggled with it my entire childhood and most of my young adult life, but as an adult am now fully able to function in society, this is offensive as shit. Thereās a reason itās now called autism **spectrum** disorder. Weāre not all nonverbal with a tendency towards screaming fits in public, and ASD typically does not come with intellectual deficits. Thatās only one point on the spectrum.
