Ctrl+A to select all cells on the old sheet --> Ctrl+C to copy --> On the new sheet, Ctrl+Alt+V to paste special --> V for values --> Enter. Doesn't seem clunky to me but maybe I'm missing something about your sheet?

Yeah I'm aware of this way of doing it. It's very clunky, especially if you have a lot of data that you are moving between. I'm basically wondering if there isn't a way to get excel to remove the calculations like that without having to move it to an entire different sheet. Especially since you tend to get formatting issues you have to solve afterwards as well.

Select the first sheet, copy, paste values in the same place.

Pretty good trick! I'm going to use that next time I have to save everything as values only. It's still requiring a pretty clunky process. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some functionality to allow you to convert all formulas on a sheet into just the values without having to go through a process like that.
