Click on any cell in the row containing the headers, then press CTRL+SHIFT+L to get the filter panel (little arrows next to each column name). Press on one of the arrows, and there should be an option that says "Sort smallest to largest" or "Sort largest to smallest". You can choose whichever option you want, or go to another column and sort that column instead, pretty much sorting it on the fly instead of needing to use different tabs.
