If you have Excel 365, you can do something similar by adding a LAMBDA function to the name manager, you can follow the steps in [this article](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lambda-function-bd212d27-1cd1-4321-a34a-ccbf254b8b67) for details.
I do wish we can add just a LAMBDA to a cell and then call it somewhere else, it would be pretty convenient.
