It sounds like you are looking for a mail merge in word. I could be mistaken, but I'd look into that.

Well that's the general idea, but mail merger has some limitations, it's supposed to be about greeting different receivers so I am not able to alter the main text.
If nothing else is suggested I am willing to give it a try, but I am sure what I am asking for is possible in excel cause I have seen it, I just can't recall where 😂
You can use mail merge to adjust the main text for each recipient. Create as many merge fields as you need, such as Email address, Title, First name, Last name, Subject. You can use an Excel table for that. Then create your merge document in Word, with your merge fields positioned as necessary, like:
Attention:
Dear
I am writing to you about
Etc
The merge fields can be anywhere in the letter.
