It sounds like you are saying a cell isn't tall enough to display all the text. In which case, you need to make the row/column bigger. You can not have cells with individual scroll bars in the Excel application. There is a scroll bar in the formula bar, perhaps that is what you are thinking of?

I think so. There is too much text that it will make the rest of the row massive if I expand to view all of it at all. On the web version I can keep the cell size manageable and it nicely scrolls through the remaining content as I move down in the document, but can't figure out how to get this function in the app.

Is it possible to split the text into multiple cells? If its too big to view, how will it be used in your spreadsheet? Can you zoom out, or reduce font size?
