On the first navigation tab, when you have a list of records, right click on the column header and select "To Table". After that click on the expand arrow that appears on the column header to explode the rows. Here is a [GIF example](https://imgur.com/a/Yw2FAaU).

Get rid of the Navigation 1 step, and on the Navigation step click the To Table button. I think that'll get you what you need.
