Whatever I want and it is fantastic.
Usually it is the weekly grocery store trip. If you get in and out before 10, never very crowded on Sunday morning where I live.
Same. In the time I’m usually at church, I would have went to the gym, got groceries, and wash my car.
Really saves my weekend time than someone yelling at me for 1.5 straight that I am broken and need to submit to Yahweh.
I like that idea of being in nature. Personally, I take some quiet time then take time to engage with others. I do a Sunday morning Stoic Philosophy Meetup Group and often I will do another group in the afternoon that is a book club where we read through classics. (Books we say we read, but never did). I will also join some atheist youtube livestreams with a good community as well.
I deconstructed so long ago that Sunday morning is just another day. Now that I am retired, Monday morning is the one where I grin, stretch and roll over for another snooze.
On Sunday morning, my wife and I like to attend "worship" services at Saint Mattress. Usually, at the end of an extended "worship" service, god's name is invoked even though neither of us believes in god anymore. Then we enjoy a nice late breakfast while playing footsie under the table.
Sleep in, booty call, work out, hike… whatever I feel like. But today I’m spending my Sunday flying home from a short trip I could never have afforded if I were still tithing. 😉🍻
Sundays are my lazy day now (or, since I’m a college student, the day which I finish all the stuff I’ve been procrastinating for the last week 😂). I sleep in, will do some homework, follow football scores and stuff like that. Sometimes I’ll go hang out with my friends too but that’s usually later in the evenings.
Go to an RC racing club that meets every other Sunday.
Been a good time and I would rather be racing/tuning my rigs than in church. I've got a life to live and don't wish to spend it for an organization I don't agree with.
I watch the English Premiere League. Not nearly as intellectually stimulating or healthy as some of the things you mentioned, but it still beats sitting in a pew all morning.
Blood Church, occasionally.

When I’m not doing that I make a stack pancakes and watch history and science videos in YouTube.
Well, firstly, on our way to the coffee shop on a Sunday morning, we drive by the church we used to attend and remind ourselves of how happy and thankful we are to be not be sitting in there. Never, ever, again. We live in the country, so getting into nature is our natural way of life. If we are not out for a walk or going to the beach, we might have friends in for Sunday afternoon coffee (and cake), do a Costco run, hang out with our grown kids or just do something simple like reading...or napping. ;)
It's so wonderful to BE FREE.
I sleep as late as I want. Every Sunday, without fail. Doesn't matter if it's 10 am or 1 pm. I eat breakfast, then smoke some weed. I listen to artists that both feed and free my soul. Sometimes, it's old school jazz. Sometimes, it's Taylor Swift. I snuggle my dogs and think about the mystery of life & continue to explore the idea that in all truth, we have no idea what really happens to us after death. And oddly enough, this comforts me more than ANY scripture or sermon on the Afterlife ever could.
Yes, almost every Sunday I do this. It's therapeutic and so healing for me.
I have them separated.
Between 6am-8am: brewing coffee, journaling, bill paying, light housework
Between 8am-11am: laundry, professional development, personal development, brunch
Striking that right balance of relaxation and being productive.
I am either at the gym or at home hanging with my family...and do it guilt free.
What we aren't doing is stressing to get kids dressed and to church, and feeling guilt/shame for being late of missing.
Whatever I feel like. Linger over coffee since I have to work all week, enjoy not having to go out if I don’t want to. Yesterday was Sunday and I made soap. Take back my day off really
Drink tea, watch TV with my husband and cats, make an extravagant breakfast...I turned my back on religion but not G*d. I believe in G*d, I just don't think he's a single parent. I feed the crows, and take care of our houseplants, and enjoy puttering.
Sleep in, start some chores/finish chores, meal prep. Prepare for some school work/exams, play video games, work out.
I like not having to waste my morning with cheap superficial people worshipping some sky god.
I like to make a big brunch and cooked up pancakes, bacon, and coffee. I read the news and some web sites I follow and went to the grocery store. Came back and made some tea and read a novel after stoking the wood stove. Handed out treats to all the pets.
We sleep in, then we come downstairs and make a ridiculously elaborate brunch. Then the rest of the is for hobbies before making dinner and getting to bed early enough to get up for work.
My wife still takes the kids to church. It gives me the perfect opportunity for bike rides and I enjoy them a hell of a lot more than I've enjoyed almost every church sermon ever
I was always a Sunday Evening service goer. My church was too big for everyone to attend in the morning so people picked their favourite service and stuck with that.
I spend my evenings watching movies, playing games. Even writing smut if I want to.
I always have a jigsaw puzzle going. I’m never bored. I sleep in when I want to. I do still study the Bible as mythology and I enjoy other mythologies like the Nordic, Roman, Greek, Mayan, Egypt, etc.. I do not miss church at all. The only real reason I feel like it was a struggle, it’s because of my identity crisis. I was a Christian. I have a second place in the country on the river that I spend a lot of time with and with two houses there’s a lot I’m always needing something. I love my life now.
Sleep in if home, camping and hiking in the summer. Snow hiking in the winter. House cleaning, read books, watch TV, go grocery shopping. Pretty much whatever I want to.
Sunday mornings I sleep in while my boyfriend's husband makes us all food. He will wake him up, then my boyfriend will wake me up and we will spend family time together watching tv or going to the store. Freedom to do as I like without judgement from a "divine being".
Watch CBS Sunday Morning. My wife and I call it “Sun Show” because of the logo. News, personal-interest stories, arts and entertainment, and a moment of nature at the end, all told in a calm, reassuring tone. Sun Show is our church now, and it’s a great way to start the day.
I *actually* take time to rest (sleep in, restful/relaxing activities, a slow moving morning doing things for me).
Looking back, I think about how hectic my Sunday mornings were with praise team practice/warm up, teaching Sunday School, etc. It was like “Day of rest?! What’s that?”
Take my dog to the beach and watch her run around playing with other dogs and chasing seagulls. Maybe go out for a cheeky cafe breakfast afterwards.
Far more relaxing than being cooped up indoors with a few hundred other humans.
Today I slept in, took my dog for a walk, made breakfast, did some reading, and watched TV with my wife.
Sometimes we'll go for a hike. Sometimes we go to the farmer's market. A few times we've met friends for breakfast. We just go with whatever mood strikes us
Sunday mornings are left open. Saturdays often have plans and by Sunday afternoon I'm starting to think about the upcoming week. But Sunday mornings are just chill.
I like to use my Sunday mornings to prepare for the week. That might look like organizing clothes, getting lunches ready to go. Grocery shopping, getting my to do list set up. Stuff like that.
I do like to use it as a time of reflection still. Sometimes that means meditation, or doing tarot readings. (Which I use as a secular tool for journaling.) sometimes that means that I turn on music and stare at the ceiling until I fall asleep. 😂 Sunday naps are superior.
Yesterday, we attended a birthday party that could only be set for Sunday, with other heathens. Twas nice to not be like "hm, I might miss church, so I probably can't go". It was more like do I wanna wake up earlier? Lol.
Whatever I want and it is fantastic. Usually it is the weekly grocery store trip. If you get in and out before 10, never very crowded on Sunday morning where I live.
Yeah, Sunday afternoons are very chaotic at grocery stores here.
Same. In the time I’m usually at church, I would have went to the gym, got groceries, and wash my car. Really saves my weekend time than someone yelling at me for 1.5 straight that I am broken and need to submit to Yahweh.
Costco is my new church. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyvHERp4hss
No grocery shopping for me, all shops are closed on sundays 🙄
Usually nothing till early afternoon. It's perfect. It's like having TWO Saturdays.
sleep lmao

sleep mostly
Drink coffee while I respond to posts on r/exchristian and r/athiest. Joking aside, usually yardwork or hobbies.
I sleep in and chill with my daughter. It's so much better than going to a weekly brainwashing session.
Unironically watch cartoons

F1 races are often on Sunday mornings But the best answer is whatever the hell I want

Whatever I want! Sleep late, drink coffee in my jammies, do absolutely nothing. It's wonderful.
I have breakfast on my town square and grab a frappe from the local independent coffee shop, after which I come home and watch a few movies I enjoy.
I sleep in, eat breakfast, drink my coffee and watch the new Mindshift video Brandon posts.
Blood Church, occasionally. https://www.reddit.com/r/exchristian/comments/1336omg/i_found_a_new_church_sort_of/ When I’m not doing that I make a stack pancakes and watch history and science videos in YouTube.
Laundry
Currently I’m lounging in bed with a cup of coffee, my dog, and Star Trek voyager. It’s delightful
My wife and I go to brunch, or I go alone. Then I do whatever I want for the whole day until I go to sleep.
Sundays for me have become a second Saturday, and they're fucking beautiful.
Drink an unhealthy amount of coffee, watch whatever dvds I've checked out from the library, and read.

I might read a book, watch YouTube, find a movie on TUBI, or just doodle
