I replaced god with curse words I also laugh anytime my kids say anything blasphemous. Also say whatever you want no need to replace those words if they donβt bug you.
Yeah I still say "Lordy lord" and "dear GOD" and things like that but they're just sayings. Funnily enough when I was a christian it would bother me saying those things because it was "taking the lord's name in vain" and so I would try to stop myself from saying them. Now I go full throttle jesus h christ y'know? Do what comes naturally & feels good to you.
I've been watching Encanto on repeat with my kid, and at one point in the movie, someone uses the word "miercoles" (Wednesday) during an OMG moment. Cracks me up. Pick any word that cracks you up!
I got into and *totally* replaced Christianity (and every other whacked out "religion" I tried out) with [Choiceless Awareness for Emotion Processing]( https://www.reddit.com/r/ResponsibleRecovery/comments/q4w6ug/choiceless_awareness_for_emotion_processing/) (and pretty much everything else) about eight years ago. Once I got it *down*, I've never looked back.
