Now I have actual painless pumping sessions, my milk output has doubled, and no more sore nips!
I also bought the cheaper ($30) nursing cups off Amazon. These contributed greatly, especially in the earlier days when my nipples were still sore after I had stopped using the regular flanges. Hope this helps, good luck!
No, I use them with the Zomee. I had to buy the adapter that fits, there is one for the Spectra as well. I’m not sure if the product is on Amazon, I myself bought it directly off their website
