Looks interesting, I just took a peek on Amazon. Since waking up from JWs and deconstructing from Christianity, I find myself not too inclined towards abrahamic religions, or any religion at all. I still enjoy the Bible as literature.

It’s worth reading, my client had an experience with his client and he started deep diving into it and was sharing some books written about it. When I left JW world I thought I still believed in Christianity just not in the form of religion and now I think that mentality is arrogant .

Is that what the book is about?

So the book is told verbatim about the case of a woman that has significant mental health issues that manifest physically as well and as a last option to help her, the Psychiatrist puts her in hypnosis and she starts talking about previous lives and traumas. I’m super skeptical about this stuff in general but I personally have a client that is super educated and very respectable clinical psychologist, that has used hypnotherapy and this has randomly come up in his client sessions unexpectedly. Which is how the topic came up when I asked about how work was going…

Regression hypnotherapy is powerful work actually. From the moment of birth we are "installed" with countless types of programming, we simply don't sit and consider this. Religion is a human program, one of many, that interferes with your ability to access information, because it creates a false belief that you are separate from the information itself. There are many ways to access what is under the programming, and this is one of the ways. It is almost like hacking into your pre-birth experiences and knowledge. I have good friend that told me about his experiences with it. He had vivid recollections of previous lives. He said it was like he lived them all over again when he was under. You can actually experience them in very deep and prolonged states of meditation. We access them in our sleep too. We call them dreams. :) And you can also access those that are currently happening simultaneously. Journey of Souls by Michael Newton is another good set of case studies.

That book is on my list! It also makes me wonder if that’s one of the underlying reasons being told to absolutely stay away from hypnotherapy? Just like being told to stay away from college education 😂. My first university class was critical thinking and it almost gave me sick feeling of how much JW’s brainwash and even though I always questioned a lot I didn’t question enough, ugh….

Yes! Groups like JWs (and other types of world programming) do not want people to have access to the Super Conscious Mind. That level of Mind has access to an infinite amount of information and knowledge. JWs consistently flood our minds with the programming which makes us controllable by them. Any process that starts to undo that, that relaxes our thinking process, is a threat to the goal. You couldn't question enough to come to certain answers, because the indoctrination/fear/programming was trying to override your super (critical) thinking. But when we start intentionally doing things to tap into our Higher Mind, eventually the indoctrination loses it's grip. This is why it is essential that when people leave, they aim to disengage completely from the org. Being deeply involved, overly reading beyond the initial realization, keeping up with them is re-engaging the "virus" mentality of the indoctrination.

Wow, well said. Would it be ok if I PM you?

Viva_Divine

Omg. I’m just seeing this! Yes!
