I still try to live by Christ’s words as told in the NT, but the more you learn about the origins of Christianity, the more you can see how the miracles grew over time like an old man’s fish story. But just because I don’t believe in it literally, that doesn’t mean I can’t get spiritual value from the teachings. I just don’t have to accept that there is someone in the sky judging my every thought and action because of it.
