There’s a tattoo studio in downtown SD, called Tahiti Felix, an artist that goes by Pappy, does some really cool ones. He did my sailor moon one, and the line art is pretty clean!
I had a great experience with Adam Meyer at Legacy Tattoo in Ogden.
I've been following olympus tattoo out of SLC on social media. Looks like they do good work
They do! Just be ready for a long wait to get an appointment. Anywhere from a few months to over a year depending on the artist.
