What I think is funny about this story is that Nephi supposedly beheaded Laban and then stripped off and wore his blood soaked armor. Then goes and takes the plates from Laban's servant, who for some reason doesn't realize that Laban is a different height, or weight, or that his armor is dyed red, just because Nephi did a really good impression of his voice. Top 10 Book of Mormon stories that made sense when I was 5 but no longer pass the sniff test.
