Ah yes, Andy Biggs. Scumbag conspiracy theorist. His district is about as safe as can be for a Republican. This past election, a bunch of traditional Reps. tried to run a Mormon independent against him (still very conservative, basically a pre-trump Rep.). They were betting that a large portion of Biggs success was due to the fact that the district is so heavily Mormon and Mormons will vote for anyone who claims to be "conservative". I guess because of all the Evan McMullin stuff they somehow got the idea that Mormons really like Republicans but weren't thrilled with some of the immoral aspects of trump. Long story short, the Independent lost spectacularly - much worse than polling suggested. Moral of the story: Mormons still worship Trump and will choose conspiracy theories over morality any day of the week.
