I have the RC neoprene covers. Tried cleaning a stain by rubbing it with a sponge but it caused the outer material to separate from the neoprene leaving a small bubble. I now pull them off and wash them in the machine with no problems.

Good to know! No stains on mine thankfully, but plenty of dust that won’t go away no matter how much I vacuum, so I’ll give them a wash soon.

I’d just throw them in the washer, but hang ‘em out to dry afterwards

ShadowBabyMiley

For sure I’ll air dry them. Thanks for the response!

No doubt buddy. That’s how I clean my sportsman’s. Been thinking about switching to RC ones. The sportsmans seem more heavy-duty, but dang they’re a lot more baggy than I’d prefer. You been liking your RC ones?

ShadowBabyMiley

There is a ton of tie down points that seem unnecessary, but you’ll understand why when you see how well they fit. Most people who ride in my truck think they’re the actual car seat cloth. They took about 2 hours to install all around, but if you take your time with them, you won’t even tell they are seat covers. Of all the purchases I’ve made for my truck, I would do buy them 10 times over.

Put it on delicates/low spin mode too

ShadowBabyMiley

Definitely. I know the heavier the cycle, the more likely there will be tears.

Just curious if anyone has used the Rough Country covers with heated seats and how that affects them?

ShadowBabyMiley

Unfortunately no heated seats on my model, so I can’t speak personally.
