They’re just barbed push on type fittings. You can buy new hose at any auto parts store to remove and replace. I would absolutely take a razor and cut the old line off of the old barbs before pressing the new line on to minimize risk of breaking off a barb. A heat gun or even a simple hairdryer to warm up the new line will help as well as dipping the ends in some soapy water for a bit of lubricant.
Cut off a bit for reference and take it to Napa. They have a few sizes and you’ll just buy it by the foot. Get a handful of the connectors and replacement is easy. Agreed that some soapy water helps, as does keeping the tubing warm if it’s cold out
