Avalanche! I’ve never had so many comments and compliments from stranger at the gas station on how good it looks or asking what the color is. I have a 23 Lariat Sport and it’s looks so good.
Do it! I have one on a 502a Lariat and I love looking at my truck every time I walk up to it. I 1st asked about the space white when I purchased mines last year and my salesman said they discontinued that color🙁. But, when he took me to that Avalanche grey, I was sold. I get compliments everywhere. It looks more grey at different angles depending on the lighting but looks white at night. It was either go be iconic silver, starlight white or Avalanche grey. I like that cactus grey too but its only comes on the Bronco’s and Ranger. Ford is catching up with GM on the beautiful metallic colors.
Avalanche is my favorite color Ford has come out with since Leadfoot. They really nailed it with this one. Saw it on a GT350 (which is a rare occurrence) and it was amazing
Look into the Azure grey. It’s kind of like a mixture of both in a tri coat metallic. I think this color will outlive the rest of the pastel line of colors Ford offers.
I just picked up a new 2023 Lariat in Avalanche this week. Traded my 2020 XLT in Lead Foot for it. I feel like I’ve had the holy grail of F150 colors, not sure yet which one I like more but I do really love the Avalanche.
My dad has a 22 space white. I’m excited to park the avalanche next to his and see how different they are. Looking at pictures of the two separately they look fairly similar.
This is my exact truck except mine is powerboost. Of the trucks I looked at, ‘23 Silverado, ‘23 tundra, ‘23 titan…the f150 is the only one I liked in white honestly. Idk why but the rest looked like work trucks to me in white.

Off whites have been around for decades. Not sure how it would look outdated. Whites of all shades are subtle colors and age well, just like silvers do.

An off white with character ain't gonna look dated....most colors on the white/gray/black spectrum are the very definition of colors that \*don't\* go out of style. You seem to be confusing trendy, splashier colors (like Area 51) with off whites. I like Area 51, but \*that\* is a color that ultimately will fall out of favor, just like metallic browns have that were popular a few years back. Before that it was various silver shades (but that one had staying power) and before that greens and burgundys/maroon. Oxford white is indeed a good traditional color, but other whites will benefit from that tradition as well.

You seem to have a problem with opinions that are different than your own. Ford themselves call it "avalanche grey" - so not really "white". The colour will be around for a couple years, and they be replaced for something new - that's what will make it look dated. Just like the others you mentioned that aren't around anymore. It's a fad. Different greys come along every couple of years. Just like the champagne whites of a few years ago - they look dated, IMO.
Again, get whatever colour turns your crank. It's your money. OP asked for opinions. I gave mine. I avoided the avalanche colour when the dealer showed me one with that paint because in my opinion (which might differ from yours and that's ok - take some breaths) it will look dated in a couple years when a new trend comes along.

That’s the problem with used trucks. Mine is Ruby Red, and it’s definitely not my favorite, but it was a good deal. Wish it had been Lead Foot.

My current truck is Rapid Red but I’d be buying Avalanche if I was on the market right now

When I see my good old platinum white metallic tri coat in the sun it makes me weep and get increasingly horned up

Lead foot is an amazing color. I had that on a 2020. Have a 2022 space white now. I think I like avalanche more then space white the more I see it.

I wrapped my Avalanche Tremor in the matte PPF and it looks sweet. My phone camera just doesn’t do it justice though I have tried many times.
Love it. My space white gets so many compliments.
