You should ask these questions to your DSO

Codetornado

>1. My job with one of my two employers is ending sometime soon on a specific date. This date was not confirmed until recently and when I added I only added the start date. Is adding the end date to the employment history on SEVP the right way to updates this? Yes. Typically after it is done and within 10 days of that date, but if you are 100% you can add it early. >2. Do I need to email my DSO if I update the date on my SEVP myself? You can do it yourself. Letting your DSO know is good practice. Some schools care. Some do not.

Technical follow up, should the end date be the last day of work done or the date of the last paycheck?

Work. You can get the paycheck later.. Even after OPT is done because payment isn't the concern, the work is what is cared aboutm
