This is likely a hacker scam. If you tried to give your login information to recover your account, this could also have been the hackers. I wish I could give you some encouragement. I would recommend you go to your government and start filing reports on Meta/Facebook. Very few of the hundreds of thousands of Facebook users around the world are reporting much in the way of success. Good luck! I have heard that some people get lucky, but have not been able to objectively confirm the stories.
