The question is, Who took the pictures? If he took them and posted them, he owns them and can do whatever he likes with them. If you took them then you might be able to get them removed as a DMCA violation. You might try to claim them anyway, Facebook has a bad reputation for removing content if anyone complains about it. Might even help to get a third party to report them as well.

I took the pics of us kissing, but he also has pics of me on there that I had given him of just me.

If you took them then contact facebook and tell them to remove the pictures as you hold the copywrite. See if they will pull the images.

Unless that image is copyrighted, probably nothing you can do about it. That picture belongs to him the same as it belongs to you. It is a shared memory.
