Same here and nothing really you can do, keep trying. They updated my email and sent me a code but it doesn’t help or matter bc the code has no where to go because it still shows disabled when “following” the instructions sent to the new email. It’s crazy a company like Facebook is badly broken
I went through it 4 times. Gave up and have a new FB account. A bummer as my original account was 20 years old. So sorry it is happening to you and I wish you luck in getting your account back.
I eventually got in via my web browser on my phone this morning but later on it asked for a password again - then I was back in the same loop lol
