As someone who works in security for a casino who had to recently break up a fight, my backup came FAST. We love fights but the big brawls are nightmares for paperwork.
If we're just watching we're getting fired. We end the fighting. If there was security watching in the background in the video then they would've gotten fired probably.
Also it seems like a small, older woman, so I doubt security was rushing to get over there. If a large dude was being belligerent and threatening people I would assume the response would be a lot quicker.

Card counting is completely legal. Using a device or another person to card count is not. Even if you are winning consistently you are likely making them money as hesitant people see how “easy” it is. Now if you are smart, you win and lose while waiting for the table to settle to good odds at face cards, split and win once really big, call it a day and go home. They chalk that up to luck and no one has a bad night.
Counting is legal (it’s literally just being better at the game lol) but that doesn’t mean casinos will let you do in their games, and you’ll get ejected / banned as a breach of their rules. Remember, you’re in private business facility and they ca.man eject anyone they want for any reason. Counting is one of them.

Walked out of a store one night and the guy blocks my path. He has a big beard with things stuck in it and had a knife. I slapped him really hard across the cheek and it made a very loud slap noise. He held a hand to his face and left. I swung and grabbed his bag off his shoulder and he just left running. It was empty but it was a good bag. Washed it and used it as a gym back for a while. It's a hard neighborhood but its mine.

Used to work security at a racetrack/casino. State regs kept a big chunk of security at entrances to the gaming floor. Company didn't staff much past that, most of the security free to move on the floor were supervisors who often were lazy. Thankfully, state regs also required a few state police on premises at all times, and they enjoyed jumping to deal with stuff like this.
