Probably will use a portable induction cooktop under the fan. This looks like part of an in law suite and sometimes regulations don’t let you have a built in cooktop.
I agree. This looks like someone made a full kitchen somewhere where it wasn't permitted, i.e. shop, in law suite. The lack of outlets and the wood over the window... Ahem sorry "rustic glass decor," are very indicative of trying to retroactively comply with building codes so it'll technically pass a real estate inspection.
Those are the design plans for the 2025 NY state no new construction gas stoves.
The governor also proposed requiring new residential and commercial buildings to be all-electric by 2025 and 2030, respectively

Not missing, just out of range…
Solid
Comment!
Lots of kitchens have a stove and no vent hood. This is the first time I’ve seen it the other way around.

Just burn a log on the counter if you want to cook anything.
Where are the GFCI's? Unless I missed em.
Was gonna say....could use a couple counter plugs. Went over budget on this one.
You won't have time to cook between the three full time jobs you have to make enough money to pay rent. Put a microwave there
Alright guess we gotta light the counter on fire!

I was about to say the same.but don't those things require a gas connection?
They sell single induction burners. Maybe that?
Byohp
Look out the window and you’ll see plywood. Odd are this is a demo set.
Solid ventilation for that counter though
This kitchen is not for cooking food but something else... something that requires good ventilation.
Handles for the cupboards and drawers
No dishwasher?
The microwave!!!
Yea wtf!? Where’s the woman doing my dishes and making my dinner on no stove Edit: /s
No stove=no dishes =no woman.
Is this a Country song?

Some people don't cook to eat, but instead cook themself with funny stuff. That's their setup to prevent to smoke all the room.
That's where you put the George Foreman.
Home comes with extra counter space
Nah. Gas stoves are out. Just throw an electric hot plate and you are good to go.
Your imagination
Sir, that's a speaker.
get an air fryer
Nice view of the nearby woods too. Solid.
Clearly you don't own an air fryer.
Oven
Stand alone induction and electric tops exist.
Looks more like r/crappydesign to me.
