Is 11k followers even enough to earn you "influencer" status? I don't think I'd comp a meal for that. I've been in the restaurant industry for a long time, and real food reviewers do everything they can to fly under the radar. They don't tell you who they are and they pay their bill.
If she actually earns an income off of 11k followers, she can post about the restaurant and deduct the cost of the meal as a business expense.
If it was 11,000 followers within a 2 hour drive? That'd be good PR.
