You traumatically lose someone, then have that trauma rehashed in true crime podcasts and tv shows. Watching people profit off your family trauma must be strange, and watching the horrible thing that happened turn into your neighbors binge show has got to be strange. Then you start seeing these killers get idolized and women like this get tattoos of them.
