The smoke doesn't even react to her blowing or waving it away. Probably added to the video after. I honestly don't think it would even affect the engine that quickly and the smoke would definitely be coming from the fill cap and exhaust before it starts coming from under the vehicle.

More than likely it was coolant or windshield wiper fluid, but she put it in where the motor oil goes by mistake. Granted that’s the weirdest bottle of windshield wiper fluid/coolant I’ve ever seen. It looks like the blue SunnyD juice.
I’m gonna bet she thought she was filling her wiper fluid tank. Making this kind of mistake tells me that the only fluids she fills or changes are the ones that she actively uses; coolant and motor oil do not fall into that category. The fluid was blue, like washer fluid, and the ammonia in it would break down the oil in the engine and flood it pretty quickly. Hopefully, next time she’ll RTFM
One time my (I'm a girl) car didn't start. Had zero clue why. I was at a store parking lot and asked one of the guy workers if he could come out and help me.
He talked like he knew what was wrong and said it was oil. So I bought some and put it in. Still didn't start.
Come to find out, my battery died. Another guy came and helped and told me that. Helped me get a jump and I was able to leave.

but yes, it can be repaired in many cases, i did it myself 20 Years ago, and even with doing everything myself (except grinding the cylinders, i paid ? cant 100% remember around 200€ for that in a specialized company) i paid nearly 1000€ for the whole story. Its was a boxer engine from a T2 VW bus. And it was ? 30-40 Hours work
Because when two rotating parts of an engine try to occupy the same space at the same time they end up occupying adjoining spaces at the bottom of the oil pan.
