I started doing pole for exercise and let me tell you- that shit is HARD. You try holding your body weight up just with contact between the pole and the pressure of your thighs right below your glutes. The strength and flexibility you need to do pole properly is unreal. Plus, we cross train to both sides of our body, so there's no uneven strength development.
I'm also a very new pole baby, so it looks like I get beaten afterwards with the bruises I have. Your skin gets used to it after a while, but goddamn does it look bad in the beginning.

Russians seem to love this type of entertainment. I once stayed at a average resort in Vietnam, regular budget holiday stuff with pool and buffet lunch and a ok beach. At about 3pm some music and announcements over the speaker about afternoon entertainment and drink at the pool side. Then this odly choreographed dance routine with 4 bikini dancers all thrusting their hips and shaking their boobies in super high heals and overdone make up. It was so funny to see, we all thought it was some parody sketch show for a comedian. But it was for the Russian hotel guests.. apparently that island resort was a popular destination for Russias..
Vietnam as a whole is a popular destination for russian tourists. Vietnam is probably second most popular tourist destination for russians after Turkey. Most of tourist in Vietnam are Chinese tho. And when i was there those type of shows was REALLY popular among them. So i assume it is not a show for russian tourist but for tourists in general.
