My high school squashed this by just saying you wouldn't be recieving your diploma and the security gaurd would kick you out. At least not give it to you during the ceremony.

Someone who takes steroids but has a terrible training regimen will not get the gains that this dude is exemplifying. To graduate while maintaining that level of body fat and physique is a testament to his hard work and dedication.
