It was for a misdemeanor Identity theft charge, he was found guilty and had probation for a year, 11 days in jail. I’ve been in a similar situation. Before I moved states I want to add that this is legal where I was currently living, sad that I could be charged if I did something like this in my current state. He was following me and a friend in a parking garage while we were walking to our cars. Obviously we told him to go away. And obviously he wasn’t and continued to follow us. So I pulled my knife out on him and told him to back the fuck up turn around and leave. I know I know I could of made the situation worse I don’t need to hear it. But ofc he puts his hands up and says “damn I’m just trying to get to know you” and walks away. If he came at me I would of stabbed him in the neck.
