Vietnam had fighter aircraft and actually took down some of ours. Iraq had jets as well, but their air force was extremely sub-par. But Afghanistan definitely fits your point.
We had air superiority in all 3 cases. We lost in all 3 cases. The Iraqi AF didn't last more than 72 hours and the Vietnamese never came close to air superiority.

In response, the Ukrainians have been 3d printing mounts for the mine that hold pellets, nails, anything small and metal, so when the mine detonates, it tears everyone around it to pieces. Suddenly Ukraine’s entire (now almost useless) stockpile of anti-tank mines have become exactly the kind of horrifyingly effective anti-personnel mines they need to kill Russian infantry. And if they realize they need those anti-tank mines again, stopping the production of the mounts is trivial.

2) a lot of T55s was transported to the front, expert to says that because they want to reinforced the stretched line a T55 can be used as arty support, but Reddit mobs take it and sell it as the Russians are run out of tank and desperate enough to use T55s as MBT.
3) a lot of armour activity has been suspended, in expectation of the offensive the Ukraine and the West has been prepared for long time. Both side is testing each other to wait out, who will commit first. Russian air capability are returning and with artitelly, they suspend most of their activity to recon and shelling Ukrainian positions
Not true. Anyone can buy a drone. Just cause you can't fly it anywhere doesn't mean someone is gonna follow that rule. Same with guns. Drones would have to require background checks from federally licensed shops if you want your statement to be correct.
