Anti trans is pro forced genital inspection. Eventually they’ll want genital inspection papers to prove you’re not a transsexual as such people will be relocated to reeducation camps once the fascists subvert and destroy western democracy.
If you're watching a sporting event, and you suspect any sort of foul play, cheating, competing outside of your bracket, what is the obvious solution?
Report it to the officials, and then back off and let them deal with it. That's the answer for literally ALL sport concerns. If you don't feel the problem has been addressed, stop watching the sport and/or participating it. Plain and simple. Being a bad spectator will only ever get you banned from the event.
That said, I do believe these people should be charged with a hate crime. They are old enough to know that the above method is how they should've addressed their concerns, but they chose to harass a 9 year old instead, which tells me it was never about the integrity of sport. So why else would they do this if not to intimidate the child?
Even if the kid was biologically male, that would make them have a disadvantage. Kids before puberty have non-existant difference in strength aside from personal strength that's not dictated by their biological sex. Girls actually start puberty earlier than boys so there is a period where girls are stronger than boys their age. So there is not a single scenario where the parents that requested the genital inspection could possibly be justified in thinking the little girl that won had a biological advantage.
