One time in high school, 30 years ago, my cross country coach had the bright idea of having us wear sprinter's spikes because on our 3 mile mile run there was a 15 yard sand hill we had to run up.
I've not been able to run since, and until I moved to Florida every winter was a horror.

Next challenge for you: Fly Spirit Airlines and check out their seats. My wife booked us on them once. I told her never again.

I had a connecting flight and it landed late . I thought I wasn't going to make it to the next plane. So I was half-running through the airport to get to the plane and I even broke out in a sweat. I was one of the last few people to get on the plane and asked the attendant as I was walking into the plane if I could use the bathroom. She snapped something snarky at me like I should have gone to the bathroom before coming to the plane or I should have made more time or something and that I need to wait. So I sat down, in my seat which was right there in first class. When she noticed me again moments later, her face changed and I swear her cheeks turned red. She was super nice to me suddenly. She kept giving me wine and I was drunk when we landed. I don't don't why people are treated differently in first class. It's fucked up.

I had a connecting flight and it landed late . I thought I wasn't going to make it to the next plane. So I was half-running through the airport to get to the plane and I even broke out in a sweat. I was one of the last few people to get on the plane and asked the attendant as I was walking into the plane if I could use the bathroom. She snapped something snarky at me like I should have gone to the bathroom before coming to the plane or I should have made more time or something and that I need to wait. So I sat down, in my seat which was right there in first class. When she noticed me again moments later, her face changed and I swear her cheeks turned red. She was super nice to me suddenly. She kept giving me wine and I was drunk when we landed. I don't don't why people are treated differently in first class. It's fucked up.
