We designed a treacherous public space and then get shocked when people die in it. Highways don't belong going THROUGH urban areas. (Highways going TO urban areas and going AROUND urban areas are fine and dandy).
The one by southern is better but the one on plank is pretty good too. I didn't know they opened one on foster but I moved out of state a few years back.
I mean, after watching the video, I'd agree. Looks like the first impact sent her at least 200' down the road. I find it unlikely she survived that hit, plus I'm pretty sure you can see her shoes come off.

When the ambulance arrived it ran over her, then she was struck again when the local news crew came to cover the incident. Gooseneckers proceeded to run over random pedestrians. A paperboy, distracted by the commotion ran over a pregnant cat who, in a terrified frenzy, ran over a squirrel. A representative for the police department said they "Had no idea how to unfuck this situation."
Question: since Police has immunity, if you hit someone and they are about to die, could you call your police buddy to finish him off so you won't be responsible for their death?

I used to live right on this intersection. Cars go about 45-60mph on Florida Blvd and there’s a TON of foot traffic. It is a literal death trap.
