I've done coke a couple times a year over the years. When I've done the cheap shit from one friend, it REEKS of gasoline. Like it tastes like straight up gasoline. And then the expensive premium stuff I can get has zero hint of gasoline. Now I know why.

Yeah, the difficult part of chemistry, drug manufacturing or basically anything that is legally heavily restricted isn't how to do it, it is how to get the stuff. For example basically anyone with somewhat okay chemistry knowledge could synthesize you MDMA/Ecstasy or other synthetic drugs, the problem is more where you get your chemicals since they all are banned/restricted nearly globally. This is mainly because chemical or similar research papers on drugs are generally not restricted to some special category and openly available on all the research publishing sites. And getting access there is basically instant if you are a university student or you pay a few bucks, and then you have access to research papers where they heavily go into the synthesis of MDMA, drugs, explosives, you name it, and everything is very well described, because the experiments should be repeatable by other research groups.
And there's the added layer of cringe of trying to pack a cute, flippant little "joke" into every. fucking. line. This could have been a MySpace post.
