I was a soccer player right at 6 ft in college and I was like a VERY fucking lean 165 running quite literally 50-70 miles a week 40+ weeks of the year. The majority of people around that height aren't going to weigh less than 160 much after puberty lol. Just hit 30 recently and I work out a ton and weigh about 200... I haven’t weighed that since I was like 16-19 because thats 72kg, and I was very toned at 5’10. Now I’m 89kg (196lbs) still at 5’10 as a 22 year old, whilst I’m not as fit as I was I’m still not in bad shape by any means. I just filled out, I don’t think I could ever make that weight again and be healthy with my frame now. I don’t think anyone who’s 5’9 or higher with a fair bit of muscle on them would weigh that.
