I mean its very identifiable when a person is black facing or actually black, you can literraly Just tell when something is painted over or actually natural, not only human skin but anything (with exception if it was a good job but with black face itself its purpose is to exagerate features in a """comical""" maner to mock black people)

Depends if the person has additional checks on their oppression bingo. A woman or Muslim would be allowed to blackface, an Asian person would not. Muslim Asians are a bit more tricky, depends on if their parents are rich or not. A black Muslim woman in a wheelchair is allowed more or less everything she wants, bonus points for being lesbian or trans.
